Invoicing & Estimates
No subscription. No credit card. Just invoices that get you paid.
No account needed to try it. No card until you decide to buy.
From tailgate to paid, in three steps
Add your line items right on your phone — on the job, in the truck, wherever you are.
Your client gets a clean, professional invoice with your business name on it, not a generic template.
They tap to pay. You get the stamp.
Most invoicing apps charge you monthly, forever, whether you send one invoice or a hundred. Cancel, and you often lose access to your own invoice history. Bizvo works differently: pay $49 once, and the core app is yours — no expiration, no recurring charge, no "your subscription is about to renew" email you didn't ask for.

Basement. Crawlspace. Middle of nowhere.
✓ Invoice saved on your phoneBizvo lives on your phone, not on someone else's server. Write an invoice in a basement with no bars, a job site with no Wi-Fi, or a truck in the middle of nowhere — it doesn't matter. Everything saves locally and sends the moment you're back online. Your data is yours; you can back it up to your own Google Drive or Dropbox whenever you want, but nothing is required to leave your device.
Bizvo includes built-in digital payments — send an invoice, your client taps to pay right from it, and you watch it flip to Paid. Choose instant payout and the money lands in your bank in minutes, not days. No separate payment app, no waiting on a mailed check, no awkward "just Venmo me" conversation.
No tiers. No "contact sales." No feature paywalls waiting to trip you up later. Try your first invoices free — no card, no account. When you're ready, unlock everything for a single $49 payment.

The one per-use cost: when a client pays you online through the app, Bizvo takes a 0.5% service fee, capped at $20 per invoice, and Stripe charges its standard processing fee (~2.9% + $0.30, varies by card). Get paid by cash or check and there's no fee at all. The app itself never charges you again.
Every trade has tools you buy once and trust for years. Somehow software decided it was different — that the app you use to get paid should charge you rent forever, and lock your own invoices behind someone else's login. Bizvo is invoicing built the way tools used to be built: you buy it, it's yours, it works in your pocket with or without a signal, and it does one job extremely well — it gets you paid. No subscription. No account required to try it. No meter running.
Correct. Core invoicing and estimating is a one-time $49 purchase. There's no recurring charge for using the app. The only per-use cost is a 0.5% service fee, capped at $20 per invoice, when a client pays you online through the app — you pay nothing extra if you're paid by cash or check.
Turn on automatic backup to Google Drive or Dropbox in Settings, and your data is recoverable on a new device. If you've already purchased, "Restore my purchase" brings your unlock back too.
Yes. Bizvo is built local-first — creating, editing, and saving invoices and estimates works fully offline. Sending an invoice or receiving a payment needs a connection, same as any app would.
Connect a Stripe account once in Settings. After that, every invoice can include a "pay now" link your client can tap — no separate app needed on their end either. Online payments carry a 0.5% Bizvo service fee, capped at $20 per invoice, plus Stripe's standard processing fee (~2.9% + $0.30, varies by card) — the app shows you the estimated net before your client ever pays, so there are no surprises on payout. Want funds faster? Turn on instant payout to skip Stripe's standard payout schedule.
Both. Bizvo works for anyone who sends invoices and estimates and wants to get paid without adding another subscription to their stack.
Your invoices and client data live on your device by default. Optional cloud backup goes to your own Google Drive or Dropbox account, under your control, not a Bizvo-owned server.
Bizvo is the payment system a business you pay uses — not a company you signed up with directly. If you have a recurring payment set up with them, head to manage or cancel a recurring payment to adjust it, update your card, or find a receipt.
